Morley is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, situated approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) northeast of Perth's central business district within the City of Bayswater local government area. It contains the Centro Galleria, Perth's second-largest[2] commercial shopping centre, constructed in 1994. The Morley bus station is near the Centro Galleria. From the late 1950s, Morley (originally known as Morley Park) began to develop as a major shopping and commercial centre. Australian test cricketer Michael Hussey and Victorian Bushranger cricketer David Hussey were both raised in Morley.
Morley recreation centre facilitates various sporting activities such as indoor soccer, basketball, badminton and netball.[3] Teams compete in weekly matches and winners receive trophies at the end of each season.
