United States Census Bureau , the city has a total area of 10.3square mile s (26.7km² ), of which, 10.3 square miles (26.6 km²) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 km²) of it (0.29%) is water.Demographics

census GR|2 of 2000, there were 213 people, 79 households, and 57 families residing in the city. Thepopulation density was 20.7 people per square mile (8.0/km²). There were 117 housing units at an average density of 11.4/sq mi (4.4/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 91.08% White, 0.47% Native American, 0.47% Asian, 1.41% from other races, and 6.57% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.35% of the population.There were 79 households out of which 26.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 69.6% were married couples living together, 1.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 26.6% were non-families. 19.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.70 and the average family size was 3.16.
In the city the population was spread out with 25.8% under the age of 18, 4.2% from 18 to 24, 23.5% from 25 to 44, 27.7% from 45 to 64, and 18.8% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females there were 97.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 113.5 males.
