The Rufous-webbed Bush-tyrant (Polioxolmis rufipennis) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Polioxolmis.[citation needed] It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland.
