The White-hooded Babbler ("Gampsorhynchus rufulus") is a species of bird in the Timaliidae family. It is monotypic within the genus "Gampsorhynchus".It is found in Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam.Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
