Centrolene grandisonae is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. It is found in Colombia and Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, pastureland, and rural gardens. It is not considered threatened by the IUCN.
