Centrolene gorzulai is a species of frog in the Centrolenidae family. Sometimes, C. papillahallicum is included in this species. It is endemic to Venezuela. In Spanish it is known as ranita de cristal de Gorzula. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, rivers, and intermittent rivers. Its status is insufficiently known.
