Chaunus jimi is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, dry savanna, moist savanna, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, arable land, pastureland, and heavily degraded former forest.
