Murano Grande at Portofino is a highly affluent residential enclave tower /skyscraper in Miami Beach, Florida's South Beach. It is located directly on Biscayne Bay on the Miami Beach Marina. The tower, which opened in 2003, is 407 ft (124 m) tall and contains 37 floors. It is located in the "SOFI"(South of Fifth Street) neighborhood. It contains some of the largest units in the area (1400 square feet to well over 4000 square feet).
The building has 3 tiers, rising 25 floors, 31 floors, and 37 floors, consecutively. It has 700 linear ft along Biscayne Bay
It is the seventh tallest skyscraper in Miami Beach.[1]
Murano Grande was developed by Thomas Kramer's Portofino Group in partnership with the Related Group of Florida and designed by the Rockwell Group.
Murano Grande is located on the southwestern-most edge of Miami Beach facing the Biscayne Bay to the west and Atlantic Ocean to the East. It is considered to be one of the most luxurious condominiums in Miami Beach. Murano Grande amenities include valet parking, fitness center, spa, recreation room, heated swimming pool, pool side cafe, multipurpose media rooms, and tennis court among others.[2]
