Indian Army Act, 1911

The Indian Army Act, 1911 was a legislation passed by the Governor General that applied to the British Indian Army. It replaced the "Indian Articles of War,1869" and was replaced by the "Indian Army Act, 1950" in Independent India.It was under aspects of this law that the Army charged defendants during the Indian National Army Trials in 1945
