Gould, 1860The Gould's Emerald (Chlorostilbon elegans) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It was described based on a single specimen of unknown origin, but Jamaica or the Bahamas are likely. Except for the type specimen, there are no records, and it is presumed extinct.
