The Remarkable Climbing Mouse (Dendromus insignis) is a species of rodent in the Nesomyidae family. It is found in Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
