Club career

Nigeria

Odita first played for a professional soccer club with now-defunct Udoji United F.C.,[1] which was based in Awka, Nigeria. In 2001, he was sold to a more financially stable domestic side, the Enugu Rangers.[2] In 2003, he transferred to FK Javor, his first time playing for a European club.[3]

Partizan

Obiora Odita joined FK Partizan during the winter 2005 transfer window after being sold by FK Javor. He scored 2 goals on his debut game at 22 years of age.[4] During his 3 years spent playing for Partizan, he played alongside future greats like Stevan Jovetic.[5]

Return to Javor

After some time spent playing for Belgian club KVC Westerlo, Odita was purchased by Javor and thus made a return to the Superliga for the 2010-11 season.[6]
