2001 International Rules Series

The 2001 International Rules series was the 8th annual International Rules Series and the xth time that a test series of International rules football was played between Ireland and Australia and was won by Ireland. 2001 Series

The AFL appointed Garry Lyon as coach for Australia, for his first time as coach of the national team and also his only coaching appointment.
