Court of Labour (Belgium)

The Court of Labour (Dutch: Arbeidshof, French: Cour du travail, German: Arbeitsgerichtshof) in Belgium is a court which hears appeals against decisions of the Labour Court (Dutch: Arbeidsrechtbank, French: Tribunal du travail, German: Arbeitsgericht). There are five Courts of Labour in Belgium: in Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Liège and Mons. Their territorial jurisdictions are the same as those of the Courts of Appeal.[1][2]
