Off Madison Ave is a full-service marketing communications firm based in Tempe, Arizona. The firm was founded by partners David Anderson and Roger Hurni [1]. Off Madison Ave specializes in new media, strategic planning, interactive marketing, public relations, advertising, market research and strategies, and media planning. Both partners have received the American Advertising Federation's Phoenix Chapter Ad Person of the Year - Hurni in 2007 and Anderson in 2002. They were named finalists for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2003. The firm has won several ADDY Awards[citation needed] for creative campaigns for clients.

In 2006, Off Madison Ave was named one of the "Best Places to Work" in the Valley by The Business Journal of Phoenix. The agency's pro bono media relations campaign for the Uhuru Ascent, an expedition in which a paraplegic attempted to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro, was selected as a finalist for the 2007 PR News Platinum PR awards [2]. The firm's public relations department and Internet marketing firm, Mighty Interactive, have been ranked No. 1 by Arizona Business Magazine's Ranking Arizona [3]. Off Madison Ave is the only Arizona firm in the Worldcom Public Relations Group, an international consortium of independently owned public relations firms [4]. Mighty Interactive

In 2005, Off Madison Ave acquired the online marketing firm Mighty Interactive. A winner of several Phoenix-based awards, Mighty Interactive was launched in 2000 by Jason Baer. The company is now the Internet marketing division of Off Madison Ave, providing digital research and strategy, social media consulting and services, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, customer lifecycle marketing (email, mobile, text, voice), analytics, testing, online advertising, and web site creation.
