Anginda peak is in the
Nilgiri Hills of theWestern Ghats inKerala ,South India . Location is coord|11|11|N|76|31|E|. Altitude is 2,383metre s (7,818 ft). It is the highest peak inSilent Valley National Park . There is an unobstructed view of Anginda from the 30 m observation tower at Sairandhri Visitors Center.There is a population of the endemic and endangered Nilgiri Laughing-thrush at the Anginda-
Sispara belt inside the Silent Valley National Park.Serious trekers can take a 4-day trek route starting from Mukkali through
