Software Engineering for Adaptive and Self-Managing Systems

The Workshop on Software Engineering for Adaptive and Self-Managing Systems (SEAMS) is a leading international forum for exchanging new research results and experiences in the areas of autonomic, self-managing, self-healing, self-optimizing, self-configuring, and self-adaptive systems. Established with [http://www.cse.msu.edu/SEAMS/ SEAMS 2006] at [http://www.icse-conferences.org/ ICSE] , it integrates a number of successful workshops in this area held mainly at ICSE and [http://portal.acm.org/browse_dl.cfm?coll=Portal&dl=ACM&idx=SERIES364&linked=1&part=series FSE] since 2002, including the FSE 2002 and 2004 Workshops on Self-Healing (Self-Managed) Systems (WOSS), ICSE 2005 Workshop on Design and Evolution of Autonomic Application Software ( [http://www.deas2005.cs.uvic.ca/ DEAS] ), and the ICSE 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 Workshops on Achitecting Dependable Systems ( [http://www.cs.kent.ac.uk/wads WADS] ).
