Elias Whitmore (March 21772 - December 261853) was a United States Representative from New York.

Whitmore was born in Pembroke, New Hampshire on March 21772, where he completed preparatory studies. He moved to New York and settled in Windsor. He engaged in mercantile pursuits.

Whitmore was elected to the 19th United States Congress (March 41825 - March 31827). He resumed his former business pursuits in Windsor, New York, until his death in that city December 26, 1853. He was interred in the Village Cemetery.
