Maryland Route 375 is a short, one-way unsigned state highway in Worcester County, Maryland. It is the secret designation for a part of Commerce Street in the town of Berlin from Maryland Route 818 (North Main Street) east to Williams Street, which carries the secret designation of Maryland Route 377.

Route description

Pitts Street begins at an intersection with Maryland Route 376 (Bay Street) in Berlin. Pitts Street heads eastward, intersecting with Vine Street, and passing several homes on both sides. Both Pitts Street and Vine Street are local roads and do not have state designations. The highway continues eastward, intersecting with Maryland Route 377 (Williams Street), where a few businesses are located. Maryland Route 375 begins at an intersection with Maryland Route 818 and Pitts Street. Route 375 is a one-way street for its entire length, passing a couple homes. There is an adjacent parallel to Route 818, but the highway does not last very long, intersecting with Maryland Route 374.
