Amanda Loncar (born Arcata, Humboldt County, California, February 26, 1982) is an American film and television actress.

Amanda attended High School in Sacramento, Sacramento County, California, and moved to New York City, New York, at the age of 18 where she studied at The New Actors Workshop with George Morrison, Mike Nichols and Paul Sills for two years, in the same class with Michael Cassidy.

She is well known for her role as "Piper" on the 2006 Fox Television series "The Loop". Her film credits currently include "On the Road with Judas" (2007), "Live!" (2007) and "Lions for Lambs" (2008).

Amanda is the oldest of three siblings, her brother Zachary "Zach" Loncar (age 19 in 2008) attends Duke University and her sister Lily Loncar (age 13 in 2008) is in Junior High School. Her father is a surgeon and her mother is a nurse.

Amanda is currently recovering from stage 3 brain cancer. She underwent through multiple brain surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation treatment.

She currently lives in downtown Manhattan.
