Clara Lin, full name Clara Lin Yanyi (Simplified Chinese: 林彦伊), together with Alyssa Tan, is the winner of the Best of the Best Image and Styling award ^[1] in the prestigious Artistes and Repertoire Challenge 2006-2007, held by Virtuoso Arts.

She was awarded a contract to work with an "Artistes and Repertoire" team to produce and market a music album. She will also become mentor to the next batch of contestants in the following year’s challenge.,^[2] Virtuoso Arts 2006–2007.

In 2007, Clara was featured on MediaCorp News Radio 93.8FM's talkshow, The Living Room ^[3] where she was interviewed by DJ, Stanley Leong.

She also took part in the Costume and Makeup competition organised by City Harvest Church Singapore Emerge Conference in June 2007 and emerged as the champion, outshining contestants from art schools like Laselle.

Personal life

She is currently a final year Ngee Ann Polytechnic student pursuing the Mass Communication diploma.^[4] She is also a member of City Harvest Church in Singapore.

In 2007, Lin Yan Yi is also the station manager of Singapore's national campus television (CTV).^[5]
