Stats at NFL.com Deon Terry Anderson (born January 27, 1983 in Providence, Rhode Island) is a Free Agent American football fullback who most recently played for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League.[1] He attended and played college football at the University of Connecticut after graduating from the Avon Old Farms School in 2002. He was drafted in the sixth round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played in eight games before suffering a season-ending rotator cuff injury during the November 4 game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
He was released by the Cowboys on September 24, 2010, to make room for tight end Scott Chandler, who was called up from the practice squad.[2]
Anderson was signed by the Dolphins on October 19, 2010. He was waived by the team on March 3, 2011.[3]
