DWI Investigation
On
March 16 of 2008, Jones was arrested in Midtown neardowntown Houston under the suspicion of drunk driving by TheHouston Police Department . An HPD Spokesmen did not specify why they pulled over Jones and said it was simply a DWI Investigation and that an accident wasn't involved. He was later released on a $500Bail for a first offense.
