Manuel Vieira de Albuquerque Touvar (April 28, 1776 - June 14, 1833 in Lisbon) was the 9th captain general of the Azores of the Council of His Majesty, commander of the Order of São Bento de Avis, colonel of the Portuguese cavalry.
He governed the Captaincy of Espírito Santo (now a state) in Brazil December 1804 until December 1811, nearly a decade before its independence.
He was nominated captain-general on May 21, 1824, moved to Angra do Heroísmo on June 11.
He was deposed in the liberal revolution that happened in Angra on June 22, 1828.
He died in Lisbon on June 14, 1833.
