Nekarikallu is a village and a Mandal in Guntur district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. [1]

Geography

Nakarikallu is located at 16°23′00″N 79°57′00″E / 16.3833°N 79.95°E / 16.3833; 79.95.[2]. It is a great village where so many graduates post graduates came from this village . From this village so many software engineers, aeronatical engineers working throughout India.Nakarikallu has thirteen thousand population including kamma,Reddy,Kapu,Vysya and Muslims living together.It was the major panchayathi having the great facilities like water supply,government hospital,petrol bunk,bus station.Nekarikallu is a great business center.Here most of the people depend on cultivation like paddy, chillie, cotton.Around 18 villages people used to visit this place daily.It is the junction point to those want to go to Hyderabad provides the ways via Macherla and via Piduguralla.

The Main Villages under this Mandal are Kunkalagunta & Gullapalli. Kunkalagunta is a key village in Narasaropet Constiuency. Cast politics play vital role in this village. Because of caste politics and quarrals there is no development. No progress. 5 to6 people are also settled in abroad.
