Preston Crossing is a big box shopping area in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. It is located at Preston Avenue North and Circle Drive and was the first major big box shopping area in Saskatoon, other than minor ones like River City Centre.

Controversy

In Saskatoon, big box stores are controversial (especially Wal-Mart) because many people believe that more people will shop at big box stores than at local businesses. They are concerned about this because the money earned by big box stores goes to big corporations rather than local entrepreneurs. There is also concern about downtown businesses losing money because of people shopping at big box shopping centres instead.Fact|date=April 2008
