Circle Centre Mall is located on the north side of 8th Street, east of Circle Drive in College Park. This mall is a strip mall. Circle Centre Mall is not the enclosed shopping mall of the name Centre at Circle & 8th mall in Wildwood - 8th St. E. (south side) & Circle Dr. (east side) or the unenclosed Circle 8 Centre in Brevoort Park - 8th Street (south side) & Circle Drive (west side). The Circle Centre tower, which was constructed in 1980 is home to various medical and business offices. The property is owned by Concorde Group Corp and managed by its subsidiary company Concorde Properties.
