Peregrine Hyde Osborne, 3rd Duke of Leeds (11 November 1691 – 9 May 1731), styled Marquess of Carmarthen between 1712 and 1729, was a British peer.
The son of the 2nd Duke of Leeds and Bridget Hyde, he succeeded to his father's titles in 1729. From 1712 to 1713, he was Lord Lieutenant of the East Riding of Yorkshire.
On 16 December 1712, he married firstly Elizabeth Harvey de Vere, daughter of the 1st Earl of Oxford on 17 September 1719 secondly Anne Seymour, daughter of the 6th Duke of Somerset and on 9 April 1725 thirdly Juliana Hele. He had one son, Thomas Osborne, by his first wife.
