MyNetworkTV (2009)External links Website Comics Unleashed is a half-hour comedic talk show produced by the Entertainment Studios production company (formerly CF Entertainment) and hosted by Byron Allen, with John Cramer as announcer and DJ Cobra providing music support. The show features a panel of four guest comedians performing their standup bits thinly disguised as a sit-down chat show. First-run weekly episodes were originally produced from 2006 through 2008 (some can be dated through Byron's topical jokes delivered during his brief opening monologue).
The show traditionally airs in the very late-night to overnight hours on most stations. However, on April 8, 2009, back-to-back episodes also began airing in prime time on MyNetworkTV. This ended when MyNetworkTV turned into a programming service. The series is also broadcast by the TV One cable network.[1]
