Jair da Costa (born in Santo André, São Paulo – 9 July 1940^[1]) is a former Brazilian footballer who notably played for Internazionale,^[1] and was part of their European Cup victories in 1964^[2] and 1965.^[3]

He also won the 1962 FIFA World Cup with the Brazil national football team.

He started his club career with Portuguesa.^[1] He moved to Internazionale in November 1962, and went on to play a total of 260 senior games for the club in two spells (1962–1967 and 1968–1972).^[4]

He played a season with A.S. Roma in 1967/68 and later played for Santos FC and Windsor Star in Canada.^[1]
