The Border City Fire Department currently operates out of two stations, Border City Hose Company and Serven Volunteer Fire Company. The department is governed by a board of commissioners. The department responds to about 100 calls a year.
Location
The Border City Fire Department is located in Upstate New York between Geneva, New York and Waterloo (town), New York. History
The Border City Fire Department was established in 1908 and was originally named Border City Hose Company. In 1950 the Serven Volunteer Fire Company was established because of the heavy train traffic and was renamed the Border City Fire Department.
