The station's studio is located at ABS-CBN Broadcast Complex, Broadcast Avenue, Matina hills, Davao City, while it's transmitter is located at Km 4 McArthur Highway, Matina in Davao City.
ABS-CBN DXAB Davao operates 18 hours daily where it signs-off at 10pm, and except Holy Week of each year where it signs-off at midnight of Maundy Thursday and lasts until 4 am of Easter Sunday.
At present, DXAB Davao is considered as one of the top stations in the AM band in Southern Mindanao and is recognized as one of the most awarded radio stations in the Philippines by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster sa Pilipinas or KBP.
The current station manager of DXAB Davao is Andy Rara.
ABS-CBN DXAB Davao also simulcasts ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs programs such as TV Patrol Southern Mindanao and TV Patrol.
Just like its sister station, DZMM in Metro Manila & DYAB in Cebu, launched their own SkyCable Davao, DXAB TeleRadyo Davao in 2011.
The new logo of DXAB Davao is the same as DZMM Metro Manila from 2010.
