Background
Prior to launching Energy FM, Manny Luzon launched K-LOVE 1494 in Metro Manila in 1991.
It was launched in 1995 as the 1st Energy FM, playing CHR & Pop Music in a masa version. Later on, it spread into Key Cities: Energy FM Cebu in 1998, Energy FM Naga in 1999, Energy FM Manila in 2003 & Energy FM Dagupan in 2004.
