*Aged Parent is the Parent of Wemmick in "Great Expectations".
*Arabella Allen is the sister of Benjamin Allen, she later marries Mr. Winkle in "The Pickwick Papers".
*Benjamin Allen is the brother of Arabella Allen in "The Pickwick Papers".
*Artful Dodger is a street-smart pickpocket and criminal in "Oliver Twist".
*Mr. Ayresleigh is a prisoner in "The Pickwick Papers".

*The One-eyed Bagman is a middle aged man and story teller in "The Pickwick Papers".
*Jack Bamber is an old man whom Mr. Pickwick meets in "The Pickwick Papers".
*Angelo Cyrus Bantam, Esq, MC is the Master of Ceremonies at a ball in "The Pickwick Papers".
*Mrs Martha Bardell is Mr Pickwick's landlady in "The Pickwick Papers".
*Master Thomas Bardell is the son of Mrs Martha Bardell in "The Pickwick Papers".
*Biddy is Wopsle's great aunt's granddaughter in "Great Expectations". Earlier in the novel she is Pip's friend, but later in the novel they grow apart as Pip becomes a gentleman. Spurned by Pip, when he realizes that he loves her too she has married Joe Gargery.
*Mr. Brownlow is a friend of Oliver in "Oliver Twist".
*Bucket is a Police inspector in "Bleak House".
*Bumble is the Beadle of the parish that operates the workhouse depicted in "Oliver Twist".
*Charley Bates is one of Fagin's boy pickpockets in "Oliver Twist".

*Richard Carstone is the ward of Mr. Jarndyce in "Bleak House".
*Sydney Carton is a lawyer in "A Tale of Two Cities".
*Martin Chuzzlewit.
*Ada Clare marries Richard Carstone in "Bleak House".
*Noah Claypole appears in "Oliver Twist" as an assistant at Sowerberry's with whom Oliver fights. He later joins Fagin's gang.
*David Copperfield is the protagonist of "David Copperfield".
*Bob Cratchit is Ebenezer Scrooge's underpaid clerk in "A Christmas Carol".
*Jerry Cruncher is the porter at Tellson's Bank in "A Tale of Two Cities".
*Mrs. Cruncher, the wife of Jerry Cruncher, whom he beats for "flopping" (praying).
*Compeyson, Fought with Magwitch in the marshes, also later discovered in the novel to be Miss Havisham's lover that turned her cold "Great Expectations".

*Charles Darnay is the son of the Marquis de St. Evremonde in "A Tale of Two Cities"
*Lady Honoria Dedlock is the wife of Sir Leicester Dedlock in "Bleak House".
*Sir Leicester Dedlock is the husband of Lady Honoria Dedlock in "Bleak House".
*Madame Defarge is the wife of Ernest Defarge in "A Tale of Two Cities", and the leader of the revolutionaries.
*Ernest Defarge is the husband of Madame Defarge in "A Tale of Two Cities".

E

*Emily is the niece of Mr. Peggotty, and the childhood friend of David Copperfield. Engaged to Ham, she is seduced by James Steerforth, who she leaves after he tires of her. She later emigrates to Australia with Mr. Peggotty.
*Estella is adopted by Miss Havisham in "Great Expectations". Pip falls in love with her, she spurns him, but after several years they meet and vow to remain together.
*Marquis St. Evremonde is a nefarious Uncle in "A Tale of Two Cities".

*Fagin is the leader of a group of pickpockets in "Oliver Twist"
*Miss Flite is the female tenant of Krook's Bottle Shop and obsessive of Chancery in "Bleak House".
*Mr. Fezziwig hosts a Christmas party that Scrooge visits with the Ghost of Christmas past in "A Christmas Carol". Scrooge is reminded of what a kind, generous man "Old Fezziwig" was.
*Flora Finching was the love of Arthur Clennam's youth in "Little Dorrit". In middle age she has become pathologically eccentric, continually throwing her apron over her head and saying she is 'a poor lorn creatur."

*Mrs Gamp is a nurse in "Martin Chuzzlewit".
*Joe Gargery is the husband of Pip's sister in "Great Expectations"

*Miss Havisham is the guardian of Estella in "Great Expectations". Pip believes her to be his benefactor.
*Captain James Hawdon is the former husband of Lady Honoria Dedlock in "Bleak House".
*Uriah Heep is a devious clerk who works for Mr. Wickfield in "David Copperfield".

*Jaggers is a lawyer in "Great Expectations".
*John Jarndyce is the owner of Bleak House in "Bleak House".
*Jo is a crossing sweeper who finds solace in the generosity of Captain Hawdon in "Bleak House"
*Mrs Jellyby is a kindly old, albeit Africa-obsessed, soul who takes in the protagonist and her two friends in "Bleak House"
*Mr Jellyby is the indebted husband of Mrs Jellyby in "Bleak House"
*Caddy Jellyby is the miserable girl who eventually finds happiness with Prince Turveydrop in "Bleak House"

*Abel Magwitch is a convict in "Great Expectations". He is the father of Estelle, and Pip's benefactor.
*Dr. Alexander Manette is the father of Lucie Manette in a "A Tale of Two Cities", and a former prisoner in the Bastille.
*Lucie Manette is the daughter of Dr. Alexander Manette in "A Tale of Two Cities".
*Jacob Marley is the former business partner of Ebenezer Scrooge in "A Christmas Carol". Marley visits Scrooge as a ghost.
*Wilkins Micawber exposes the deeds of Uriah Heep in "David Copperfield".
*Mr. Murdstone is the second husband of David Copperfield's mother, Clara.
*Molly is the mother of Estella in "Great Expectations", and the former mistress of Abel Magwitch.

*Nancy is a prostitute and a friend of Oliver in "Oliver Twist".

*Seth Pecksniff is a treacherous and hypocritical architect in "Martin Chuzzlewit".
*Tom Pinch is Seth Pecksniff's assistant in "Martin Chuzzlewit".
