The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Altos Quetzaltenango-Totonicapán (erected 13 February 1996, as the Diocese of Quetzaltenango, Los Altos) is a metropolitan diocese, responsible for the suffragan Dioceses of Huehuetenango, Quiché, San Marcos, Sololá-Chimaltenango and Suchitepéquez-Retalhuleu. It was renamed on 13 February 1996.
