The Roman Catholic Diocese of Quiché (erected 27 April 1967, as the Diocese of Santa Cruz del Quiché) is is a suffragan diocese of the Archdiocese of Los Altos Quetzaltenango-Totonicapán. It was renamed on 11 July 2000.
