North Georgetown is an unincorporated community in western Knox Township, Columbiana County, Ohio, United States. Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP code of 44665. The town itself it located at the intersection of Georgetown Road (County Hwy 200) and Rochester Road (County Hwy 402).
The Stage Coach Inn, founded in the early 1800's, was once a stop-off point for stagecoaches travelling to nearby cities. Now a restaurant, the building itself has history. It is said that it was once part of the Underground Railroad, helping to hide fleeing slaves during the Civil War. [1]References
