Masuma Hasan

Dr. Masuma Hasan is a Pakistani scholar[1] who remained first women Ph.D. and first women Federal Secretary of Pakistan. She was the Chairperson of Group of 77[2] at the UN in Vienna, Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the United Nations Office in Vienna & International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and other international organizations, and Pakistan’s ambassador to International Atomic Energy Agency and Austria (with accreditation to Slovenia and Slovakia).
