Research Center for Leadership in Action

The Research Center for Leadership in Action (RCLA) was founded at the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University in August 2003 by Marian Krasukopf and Sonia Ospina with founding support from the Ford Foundation. Its goal is to "promote practice-grounded, social science-based, interdisciplinary research that will help strengthen both the theory and the practice of leadership in public service. RCLA generates data for this research through solving work challenges."
