Niles Jeffrey Fuller (born 1951) is an Austin-based Music Photographer.

Early life
Niles Fuller was born in Springville, New York, youngest child of Robert John Fuller & Marjorie Lanphere. Attended Griffith Institute and upon graduation attended Tarrant County College, Fort Worth Texas. Transferred to Texas A&M University–Commerce, Commerce Texas where he obtained a B.A. History. After a two year stint working in a factory, Niles discovered photography while attending Freddie King Eric Clapton concert. He returned to East Texas State and earned a B.S. Photography ‘79 studying under the renowned Nolan Bailey.
Work
Employed by a commercial film lab in Dallas and then an ad Agency for 8 years in Austin, Fuller suggested starting the art magazine Eclipse (Eclipse Portfolio Magazine) first issue featured Danny Garrett followed by Mike Hicks, Tom Curry & Guy Juke. July 1982 Niles Fuller was working as a freelancer for Austin Homes & Gardens and was assigned to shoot Kenneth Threadgill & Eddie Wilson (Armadillo World Headquarters) - the fathers of Austin Music. Fuller then shot Butch Hancock, Steven Fromholz and Bill Oliver as the official beginning of his Austic Music Photographs shot in his studio on Austin’s famed 6th st.

Niles Fuller published two magazines "Austin Music Mag" which celebrated the artists, technicians, and venues of the Austin Music Scene and "Art Link" which explored Austin’s art community.
His photographs of Austin musicians are preserved for posterity at the Center for American History, University of Texas at Austin. Fuller is currently residing in Western NY publishing "The Flyer".
