Mihăileni is a commune in Botoşani County, Romania. It is composed of three villages: Mihăileni, Pârâu Negru and Rogojeşti.

At the 2002 census, 82.9% of inhabitants were Romanians and 16.6% Ukrainians. 89% were Romanian Orthodox and 8.7% Pentecostal. Coordinates: 47°56′N 26°12′E / 47.933°N 26.2°E / 47.933; 26.2
