Carnteel ("Carn t-Siaghail" in Irish) is a hamlet situated 2 miles from Aughnacloy in Co.Tyrone just off the main Dungannon-Aughnacloy road.

Carnteel is one of the oldest Ecclesiastical centres in Co. Tyronein the hamlet of carnteel there is few houses and 1 post office
