General elections were held in the Northern Mariana Islands on 3 November 2007.[1]

The Rota Casino Act of 2007 was approved, but the Saipan Casino Act was rejected. Also, proposals were approved to create a Higher Education Commission and to require run-off elections in future gubernatorial elections.
