Michael J. Goff (born January 6, 1976 in Spring Valley, Illinois) is a retired American football guard. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round of the 1998 NFL Draft. He played college football at Iowa.
Goff has also played for the San Diego Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs.
