Products

Redwood Software has three major products, Cronacle, RunMyJobs and Report2Web.

Cronacle

Cronacle is an event driven business and enterprise process automation solution. It was developed by Redwood Software in 1993 and is based on the use of business events to drive IT workload rather than more traditional time date based scheduling.

Cronacle functions across an extremely wide range of applications and throughout mainframe and distributed operating system environments such as Unix, Linux, Windows, Java and OpenVMS.

The software is a real-time, business process automation (BPA) and job scheduling solution that uses an event-driven approach to centralize process automation in any heterogenous environment.

Cronacle integrates business applications, custom applications, Java applications, data warehouse and all major ERP applications.

RunMyJobs

In 2011 Redwood unveiled RunMyJobs, the world's first hybrid-cloud, subscription-based automation and job scheduling service. It provides job scheduling as a servic, eliminating licensing and infrastructure costs. Pricing is based on a pay-per-job plan and is bundled into packages based on a customer's expected monthly usage.

RunMyJobs uses lightweight agents installed on servers to perform job scheduling and automation through a cloud-based interface. It offers all the functionality of Cronacle delivered through the cloud as a service.

Report2Web

Report2Web is a document management software solution provided by Redwood. It is a web-based document process automation solution that automates publishing and delivering business information. Report2Web combines information management capabilities with contextual search and navigation, multi-channel routing and distribution, and advanced manipulation of output data formats.

This software enables full automation and document lifecycle management from publishing to delivery, storage, retrieval and viewing. Report2Web stores and displays document output produced by all major applications in a web-based repository. Users can quickly identify and view needed information from any source with report2Web.
