Saba Software is an enterprise software company, with headquarters in Redwood City, California. Saba sells human capital management software which include learning management, talent management, performance management, compensation management, and web conferencing software.

History

Saba was founded by Bobby Yazdani in April 1997 and has been a public company (NASDAQ: SABA) since April 2000.

In May 2005, Saba acquired THINQ Learning Solutions.

In January 2006, Saba acquired Centra Software.
