State Highway 128 (SH-128 or OK-128) is a 9.8 mi[1] (15.8 km) state highway in Le Flore County, Oklahoma. It connects U.S. Highway 59 in Heavener to the Arkansas state line, where it becomes Arkansas Highway 28. It has no lettered spur routes.
