Pimm's Cup is a popular cocktail in England, particularly wealthier areas. It is based on Pimm's No.1, a

This is the original recipe for the Pimm's Cup cocktail.
Over ice, pour:
* 1 part Pimm's No.1
* 2 to 3 parts lemonade.
* Infuse with borage leaves, mint leaves, and slices of lemon, orange, strawberry, and apple.Pimm's No.1 Cup Variants
* A close approximation to Pimm's No.1 can be prepared by mixing one part gin with one part red
vermouth and ½ parttriple sec or orange Curaçao.
* Sometimes lemon-lime soda,ginger ale , or "Indian tonic water" (quinine tonic) is substituted for the lemonade.
* A splash of club soda or sweet soda is sometimes added for flavor.
* The borage leaves are usually replaced by a cucumber wedge in modern versions of the drink served today.

This was formerly made with Pimm's No.3 (the brandy-based liqueur) and infused with spices and orange peel. However, this product was phased out in the 1980s. It is now made with its replacement, the brandy-based Pimm's Winter, which is already infused with spices and orange peel.
Over ice pour:
* 1 part Pimm's Winter.
* 2 to 3 parts chilled ginger ale.

In a shaker 2/3 full of ice add:
* 2 parts Pimms No.6
* 1 part vodka
* Add the juice and pureed flesh of apassion fruit .

In a shaker 2/3 full of ice add:
* 2 parts Pimms No.6
* 1 part vodka

Pimm's Winter Cup
In a coffee mug mix
* 1 part of Pimm's Winter
* 3 parts warmapple juice or "soft"apple cider .

* It can be heated and served like mulled cider.

In a pitcher with ice cubes mix:
* 3 parts Pimm’s No.1
* 1 partcranberry juice
* 8 parts fizzy lemonadeStir. Strain into highball glasses over ice cubes. Use strawberries, lemon slices and mint sprigs to garnish. Add 1 part gin (reducing the mix to 7 parts lemonade) for a Pimm's Summer Punch Plus. Serves 2.Pimm's Deuce
