Halla is a fictional kingdom depicted in Goopy Gyne Bagha Byne, a film directed by Satyajit Ray based on a short story penned by his grandfather Upendrakishore Ray.
The kingdom is 20 jojon away from Shundi. Halla is under the rule of the long lost brother of king of Shundi who is under the influence of the drugs made by Barfi. The minister (Mantrimasai) is ruling the kingdom behind the addicted king with the help of the Barfi's magical potions. The king of Halla sent a spy to find out about the military strength of Shundi.
