George Joseph Cisar (born August 25 1912) is a former left fielder in Major League Baseball who played briefly for the Brooklyn Dodgers during the by|1937 season. He batted and threw right-handed. He was born in Chicago, Illinois.

In a 20-game career, Cisar posted a .207 batting average (6-for-29) with eight runs, four runs batted in, and three stolen bases without a home run.

As of January 2008, Cisar (96) is recognized as one of the oldest living MLB players.

Cisar should not to be confused with the character actor of the same name, also born in 1912, who died in 1979.
